INTRODUCTION TO BHUTAN TOUR 7 DAYS Thimphu(2N) - Gangtey (1N) - Punakha (1N) - Paro (2N)

With centuries-old customs and traditions and an environment so rich and diverse, there is no other place quite blessed like Bhutan. This thorough introductory tour to western Bhutan covers the capital city, Thimphu, which bears a youthful exuberance and presents a juxtaposition of the old and the new. We then drive east across the spectacular Dochula pass to the remote Gangtey - Phobjikha valley - in the heart of the Black Mountain National Park. On our way back, we stop in the semi-tropical Punakha-Wangdue valley, the former winter capital of the Kingdom. Thereafter we visit the emerald-green Paro valley and hike up to the famous Taktsang (Tiger’s nest) monastery, a quintessential Bhutan travel experience
